Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
Treo Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact info@treoorganics.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
