Overview

At Treo Organics, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned. We recommend consulting a medical professional prior to purchase if you have allergies or sensitivities; we have formulated our products to be hypoallergenic and they are dermatologist tested, however, anyone can develop an allergy to anything at any time, and refunds will not be issued at any time after the product is opened. Treo Organics is not responsible for individual reactions to products.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or sample items

  • Clearance or discounted products (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@treoorganics.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

For items damaged during shipping, such as dented bottles or damaged packaging, Treo Organics will provide a replacement item once the original item is returned to us. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping. However, we are happy to replace eligible unopened items once they have been returned and inspected.

If the item is defective or you received the incorrect product, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email info@treoorganics.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company.

  • Then, contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.

  • If you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@treoorganics.com.
